If you go out to eat a lot, you might find yourself in a corporate restaurant chain from time to time. It doesn’t matter if these are take out fast or sit down and enjoy style restaurants, eating healthy can still be a challenge. No worries you can still eat right / but you’ll need a strong will. You have a ton of choices at chain restaurants that are full of fat and grease, but you don’t have to eat them.
some places have healthier appetizers. Salad is another great choice.
You can eat these foods instead of those that are greasy or fatty.
Stay away from red meats, fried foods, and things that are full of and/or covered in cheese. Battered and fried cheese sticks are not good, for instance if you’re trying to be healthy. Alternatively you might choose leaner meats like fish or chicken and have them grill it not fry it.
Grilling is much better for your heart as opposed to frying reason being grilled food doesnt soak up grease. If grilling isn’t an option you can also get them baked in many places.
If the only choice is eating a fried dish, you’ll want to get them pan fried as opposed to deep fried reason being you don’t want to eat anything that has been dunked in grease for any amount of time. Along with the lean meat that you’ll want to order, make sure that you get plenty of fresh vegetables.
Fresh might not be an option, . Instead of french fried try for a salad and take a close look at the information when it comes to which meals are ‘lean’ or ‘calorie reduced’. Some chain restaurants are very good about giving information on their lighter fare so go for it if it looks healthy but always trust your gut. Don’t just take what the restaurant says as a guarantee Many times they are very healthy, but there might be better options that could possibly be healthier and better for your tastebuds too. On your next visit to Bali Satay House order a chef salad.
